Full job description

Accounts & Finance

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and factory-related financial transactions.
Handle purchase and sales entries, expense entries, vouchers, and ledger maintenance.
Prepare and maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) and ensure proper documentation of material receipts.
Verify invoices, bills, purchase documents, and supporting records.
Maintain petty cash and factory expense records.
Coordinate with the central accounts team for accounting and reconciliation requirements.
Assist with bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
Maintain proper records of factory purchases, expenses, and payments.
Ensure timely submission of bills and supporting documents.

HR & Payroll

Maintain employee records, joining documents, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
Manage factory attendance and monthly payroll inputs.
Maintain records of overtime, incentives, deductions, and other payroll components.
Support onboarding and documentation of new factory employees.
Maintain employee files and ensure all required documents are collected.
Assist with PF, ESIC, PT and other statutory compliance-related documentation.
Send report to the HR team.

Factory Coordination

Coordinate with factory management, accounts, HR, purchase, stores, and operations teams.
Maintain proper documentation for materials, employees, expenses, and other factory activities.
Track and follow up on pending documents and approvals.
Support management with regular MIS and reports related to accounts and HR.

Requirements

Graduate in B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in accounts and HR, preferably in a factory/manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of PF, ESIC, payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance.
Good understanding of accounting entries and documentation.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounts and HR activities at the factory.
Should be organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a factory environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Bhiwadi, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
