Position

Marketing & Sales Executive – School Partnership Program

Department: Business Development & Sales

Location: Field + Office/Remote (as assigned)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

The Marketing & Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding schools for the BYOL School Adaptive Learning Program. The role requires building strong relationships with school management, principals, trustees, and decision-makers while driving partnerships that help schools integrate AI-powered learning into their academic ecosystem.

Key ResponsibilitiesSchool Acquisition & Partnership

Identify prospective schools, coaching institutions, and educational organizations.
Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, referrals, email outreach, and phone calls.
Schedule meetings with principals, directors, trustees, and school management.
Present the BYOL School Partnership Program through demonstrations and presentations.
Explain the academic, technological, and financial benefits of partnering with BYOL.
Convert prospects into active partner schools.

Sales & Business Development

Achieve monthly and quarterly school onboarding targets.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and partnership agreements.
Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining company policies.
Follow up consistently until successful closure.

Relationship Management

Develop long-term relationships with school authorities.
Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Resolve client queries and provide post-onboarding support.
Ensure high partner satisfaction and encourage renewals.

Marketing Activities

Conduct seminars, workshops, and product demonstrations for schools.
Participate in educational exhibitions and networking events.
Promote BYOL's adaptive learning ecosystem through offline and online channels.
Gather market intelligence regarding competitors and customer requirements.

Reporting

Maintain daily activity reports.
Track leads, meetings, conversions, and revenue.
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
Update CRM with accurate customer information.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Confidence in interacting with school principals and management.
Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
Willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.
1–3 years of experience in EdTech, education sales, B2B sales, institutional sales, or business development.
Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
