Maintain network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Handle backup management and disaster recovery processes.
Monitor IT security, antivirus, endpoint protection, and firewall policies.
Provide L2/L3 technical support for server, network, and infrastructure issues.
Manage cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
