About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our end-to-end digital presence, brand visibility, performance marketing and inbound lead generation across social media, search engines, digital advertising and other relevant online channels.
The ideal candidate should be both strategic and hands-on, with strong experience in SEO, performance marketing, social media, content marketing, paid campaigns and team management. The person will be responsible for building our digital brand, increasing online reach and, most importantly, creating measurable business impact through qualified inbound leads and revenue opportunities for our IT services and ERP products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Brand Presence
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Manage and strengthen the company’s digital presence across all relevant platforms.
- Build brand visibility, credibility and thought leadership in the IT & ERP space.
- Identify new digital channels, trends and growth opportunities.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and communication across platforms.
2. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
Execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms.- Generate qualified inbound leads for IT Services and ERP products.
- Optimize target audiences, landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Work with Sales to improve lead quality, conversions and revenue.
- Track campaign performance and maximize ROI.
3. SEO & Organic Growth
- Develop and implement an effective SEO strategy for company websites and product/service pages.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search-intent analysis.
- Improve organic rankings, website traffic and qualified organic leads.
- Manage on-page, off-page and technical SEO initiatives in coordination with relevant teams.
- Identify content gaps and opportunities to improve organic visibility.
4. Social Media & Content Marketing
Develop and execute a structured social media calendar across relevant platforms.- Create or coordinate content for posts, articles, blogs, videos, campaigns, case studies, newsletters and other digital assets.
- Develop compelling copy for advertisements, social media, email campaigns and landing pages.
- Coordinate with designers/content creators to ensure high-quality and consistent creative output.
- Build engagement and establish the company as a credible technology and ERP brand.
5. Campaign Planning & Optimization
Run integrated campaigns across SEO, email, social media and paid advertising.- Test and optimize campaigns, creatives, landing pages and CTAs.
- Track performance and implement new strategies to improve results.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
6. Analytics, Reporting & ROI
Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, lead generation and conversion metrics.
*Use tools such as Google Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta *Business Suite and relevant marketing analytics tools.
Prepare regular performance reports covering:Website traffic,Organic growth,Social media reach and engagement,Leads generated,Qualified leads,Conversion rates,Cost per lead,Campaign ROI,Revenue contribution,Translate marketing data into actionable recommendations for business growth.
7. Team Management
Manage and guide the digital marketing team, including resources handling SEO, social media, content and performance marketing.- Set clear goals, KPIs and deliverables for team members.
- Review team performance and ensure timely execution of campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Sales, Business Development, Product and Management teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
Proven experience in managing a digital marketing team.
Strong expertise in: Performance Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, Content Marketing, Google Analytics/GA4 ,Conversion Rate Optimization, Email Marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to generate qualified inbound leads and business opportunities through digital channels.
- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT Services, SaaS, ERP or Technology products.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, copywriting and campaign planning skills.
- Ability to independently develop strategies and execute them hands-on.
- Experience managing agencies/vendors will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is not just a social media manager or campaign executor, but a growth-oriented digital marketing professional who can take ownership of the company's complete digital funnel.
The candidate should be able to answer:
“How can digital marketing increase our brand visibility, generate qualified leads and ultimately contribute to revenue?”- A strong understanding of B2B lead generation, IT services marketing and ERP product marketing will be highly preferred.
