Job Description – Accountant

Department: Accounts & Finance
Industry: Real Estate
Reporting To: Finance Manager / Director

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting in Tally/ERP.
Maintain sales, purchase, expense, customer and vendor ledgers.
Maintain project-wise accounts, including land, development, construction and marketing costs.
Track customer bookings, collections, outstanding payments and refunds.
Maintain vendor and contractor accounts and verify bills before payment.
Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance in coordination with the CA.
Prepare monthly P&L, cash-flow, outstanding and project profitability reports.
Maintain proper documentation for audits.
Coordinate with sales, project, legal and management teams.
Immediately report discrepancies, unauthorized expenses or unusual transactions to management.

Requirements

Key Objective

To ensure accurate project-wise accounting, timely compliance, proper customer/vendor reconciliation and clear financial reporting to management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
