HR Intern – Recruitment

Job Type: Internship

Job Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand – On-site

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment team. The intern will gain practical experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and day-to-day recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

- Screen candidates based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial candidate interactions and collect relevant information.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews.

- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and selection status.

- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.

- Assist in preparing and posting job openings.

- Coordinate with the recruitment team on ongoing hiring requirements.

- Support day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.

Requirements

- Freshers and candidates pursuing or recently completing graduation can apply.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Good follow-up and coordination skills.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

- Candidates interested in building a career in HR/Recruitment are preferred.
