Creative Director

Job Description:

Our company is seeking a highly talented and experienced Creative Director to lead our corporate video production team on a part-time basis. The Creative Director will be responsible for managing end-to-end video projects, from pre-production to post-production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, a creative mindset, and the ability to manage teams and projects.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire video production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand project requirements and ensure that the final product meets their expectations.
Develop creative concepts and ideas for videos, and present them to clients for approval.
Manage and lead a team of creative professionals, including videographers, editors, sound designers, and other production staff.
Ensure that all production deadlines are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, brainstorm ideas, and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
Maintain a strong network of contacts in the industry, including production vendors and talent agencies.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video production.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field.
At least 8-10 years of experience in video production, with a focus on corporate video production.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end video projects, from pre-production to post-production.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
A creative mindset, with the ability to develop unique and innovative concepts for videos.
Strong technical knowledge of video production software and equipment.
A portfolio showcasing previous video production work, including corporate videos.
