About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle across various functions and business verticals of Jaywant Group.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, and the ability to understand business requirements and close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for Jaywant Group.
Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from respective HODs and hiring managers.
Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract the right talent.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, databases, consultants, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews.
Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, cultural fit, and job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with HODs and senior management.
Maintain a strong and active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
Ensure positions are closed within agreed Turnaround Time (TAT).
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Prepare regular recruitment reports and hiring MIS.
Build a strong talent pool for critical and recurring positions.
Coordinate with external recruitment consultants whenever required.
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.
Support the HR team in onboarding and induction activities.

Key Skills Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Good understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Strong sourcing and candidate-screening abilities.
Good negotiation and candidate-convincing skills.
Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
Target-oriented and deadline-driven approach.
Ability to interact confidently with HODs and senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
Prior experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, sales, corporate functions, or diversified business groups will be an advantage.

Positions closed within defined TAT.
Number of quality candidates shortlisted.
Offer-to-joining ratio.
Time-to-hire.
Quality of hire.
Candidate pipeline for critical positions.
Hiring manager satisfaction.
Recruitment cost optimization.
