We are looking for a creative, trend-focused Social Media & Content Executive who understands what makes people stop scrolling, watch, engage and share.
This role is ideal for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience who has strong creative ideas, actively follows social media trends and is excited about experimenting with new content formats and AI-powered content creation.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, with a particular focus on creating engaging short-form video content such as Reels and TikToks.
The candidate should also be comfortable using AI tools for content ideation, scripting, research, video concepts and content creation, with strong prompt-writing skills being an important part of the role.

Conceptualise creative content ideas, hooks, scripts and video formats.

Write effective prompts for AI tools to generate content ideas, scripts, captions, video concepts, visuals and creative variations.

Use AI tools regularly to improve the speed and quality of content creation.

Stay continuously updated with social media trends, trending audio, memes, formats and platform updates.

Understand how social media algorithms work and optimise content for better reach, engagement, watch time and retention.

Shoot and edit short-form videos using mobile and video-editing tools.

Write engaging captions, hooks and social media copy suited to each platform.

Build and maintain social media content calendars.

Schedule and publish posts consistently across different channels.

Adapt one content idea creatively for different platforms instead of simply reposting the same content everywhere.
