Job Description

Job Title: Physician Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to support physicians in providing high-quality patient care. The candidate will assist in patient assessment, clinical procedures, treatment planning, and coordination of care while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist physicians during patient examinations and clinical procedures
Obtain and document patient medical histories and vital signs
Conduct preliminary patient assessments and report findings to physicians
Assist in diagnosing and managing patient conditions under physician supervision
Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, procedures, and treatments
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and medications
Coordinate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Assist in emergency and critical care situations when required
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
Valid certification/registration as a Physician Assistant (if applicable)
Knowledge of medical terminology, patient assessment, and clinical procedures

Experience:

Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
