The Role

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Front Desk Executive to be the welcoming first point of contact for our patients. Because our patients often travel from across the globe and may face unique emotional challenges during their transition journey, the person in this role must possess exceptional empathy, professionalism, and a deep respect for patient dignity.

You will play a vital role in ensuring that from the moment a patient walks through our doors, they feel safe, understood, and supported.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Experience: Greet all patients and visitors with warmth, respect, and a calm demeanor, ensuring the reception area consistently reflects our family-like and supportive environment.
Front Desk Management: Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including managing the patient flow, reducing wait times, and keeping the reception area organized.
Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently manage Dr. Kaushik’s consultation and surgical calendar, coordinating both online and in-person appointments.
Communication: Handle phone, email, and WhatsApp inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about our services while using respectful and affirming terminology at all times.
Patient Privacy: Uphold the strictest standards of medical ethics and patient confidentiality. Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion, accommodating requests for anonymity without question.
International Patient Support: Assist international and out-of-town patients with basic logistical guidance, helping to make their 2–3 week stay in New Delhi as seamless as possible.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate patient records, process billing and payments, and collaborate closely with our nurses, caregivers, and medical coordinators to ensure holistic patient care.

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in a front desk management, medical receptionist, or similar administrative role.
Empathy & Respect: A deep understanding of, and respect for, the transgender and LGBTQ+ community. The ability to interact with patients without judgment and with high emotional intelligence is non-negotiable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. A calm and reassuring voice is essential.
Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage a busy healthcare environment smoothly.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in basic office software, scheduling systems, and digital communication tools.
Professionalism: A mature approach to handling sensitive situations and a commitment to maintaining a positive, ego-free workspace.
