Solution Architect (Hands-On) – SaaS Product Development

Experience: 8–15 Years
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Work From Office

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Solution Architect to drive the design, development, and evolution of modern, secure, and scalable SaaS platforms. This role requires a strong blend of architectural leadership and hands-on engineering expertise.

The ideal candidate will actively contribute to coding, system design, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making while guiding engineering teams toward building high-quality, cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & System Design

Define and evolve the overall architecture of SaaS products and platform services.
Design scalable, resilient, secure, and cloud-native architectures.
Lead architecture initiatives for:
Multi-tenant SaaS Platforms
Identity & Access Management (IAM) Solutions
Distributed Systems & Microservices
API-First Platforms
Event-Driven Architectures
Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.
Conduct architecture reviews and technology evaluations.
Drive technical roadmaps aligned with business and product objectives.

Hands-On Development

Contribute directly to the development of core platform components.
Build and optimize backend services using Golang.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations.
Develop scalable data models using MongoDB and NoSQL databases.
Participate in coding, debugging, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis.
Promote engineering excellence through clean coding practices, testing, automation, and code reviews.

Security & IAM (Preferred)

Design secure-by-default application architectures.
Implement IAM standards and security best practices.
Work with:
OAuth 2.0
OpenID Connect (OIDC)
SAML
Zero Trust Security Principles
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills

8+ years of software engineering experience.
Proven experience as:
Solution Architect
Technical Architect
Principal Engineer
Lead Architect
Strong expertise in Golang.
Experience designing and building distributed systems and microservices.
Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL database architecture.
Experience with cloud-native application development.
Exposure to frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar technologies.
Strong understanding of API design and integration patterns.
