The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, a proven track record in sales, and experienced in generating new sales.

Responsibilities

Develop pipeline and generate new business.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
Negotiate rates with carriers and customers to secure profitable loads.
Ensure timely and accurate communication with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to make informed business decisions.
