Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sourcing Analyst, Infrastructure and IT Security to join Ralph Lauren's Global Procurement team in Bangalore, India.
This role will support strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract renewal activity, spend analysis, and procurement execution across Infrastructure, Cloud, Telecom, Network, Hardware, and Information Security categories.
The Senior Analyst will partner with Procurement category leads, Infrastructure, Information Security, Finance, Legal, and regional stakeholders to support sourcing events, supplier negotiations, commercial analysis, savings tracking, contract reviews, and supplier performance visibility.
This role will strengthen global procurement execution through hands-on sourcing support, analytics, stakeholder coordination, and strong project management discipline across complex technology categories.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing and Category Support
- Support sourcing initiatives across Infrastructure, Cloud, Telecom, Network, Hardware, and IT Security categories
- Develop spend analyses, supplier profiles, savings models, market research, and sourcing recommendations
- Support Procurement leads in developing category plans aligned to business priorities, technology roadmaps, and renewal calendars
- Manage defined sourcing workstreams, including intake coordination, RFx support, supplier communications, evaluation support, timelines, action tracking, and follow-up through award recommendation
- Identify savings, risk mitigation, standardization, consolidation, and renewal optimization opportunities
- Prepare executive-ready summaries, business cases, and recommendation materials for Procurement and business stakeholders
Supplier and Contract Support
- Support RFI, RFP, RFQ, supplier evaluation, and best-and-final offer processes
- Conduct commercial analysis to compare supplier proposals, pricing models, renewal terms, and contract options
- Support negotiations with technology suppliers in partnership with Procurement leads, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders
- Partner with Legal and stakeholders to support review of supplier agreements, order forms, SOWs, amendments, and renewals
- Track key renewal dates, commercial terms, service commitments, supplier obligations, and contract compliance requirements
- Support supplier performance reviews, vendor rationalization efforts, and supplier documentation management
Stakeholder Engagement and Project Management
- Engage stakeholders across Procurement, Infrastructure, Information Security, Finance, Legal, and regional teams to clarify requirements, align expectations, and maintain momentum on active sourcing initiatives
- Proactively manage action items, meeting follow-ups, timelines, risks, and open decisions across multiple concurrent sourcing activities
- Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including concise written updates, supplier communications, and executive-ready summaries
- Escalate risks, delays, data gaps, or stakeholder misalignment appropriately while maintaining ownership of next steps and follow-through
Infrastructure and IT Security Procurement Support
- Support sourcing and renewal activity for cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity tools, telecom, network, hardware, and managed services
- Translate stakeholder requirements into sourcing documentation, supplier questions, commercial models, and evaluation templates
- Analyze licensing models, consumption structures, support models, usage rights, pricing protections, and renewal options
- Support Infrastructure, Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, and regional IT teams with procurement process execution
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs from IT, Security, Finance, Legal, and Procurement to support timely sourcing decisions
Analytics, Reporting, and Governance
- Maintain sourcing pipeline, savings trackers, renewal calendars, supplier documentation, and procurement dashboards
- Support savings tracking, financial validation, and reporting in partnership with Finance and Procurement leadership
- Monitor policy compliance, supplier onboarding requirements, procurement documentation, and audit readiness
- Utilize procurement systems including Ariba, Workday, Scout, contract repositories, and supplier onboarding tools
- Provide ad hoc analytical and process support across Global Procurement priorities
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
- 4 to 6 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category support, vendor management, financial analysis, or related experience
- Experience supporting technology, infrastructure, telecom, cloud, cybersecurity, hardware, software, or IT services categories
- Demonstrated hands-on experience supporting end-to-end sourcing events, including intake, RFx preparation, supplier communications, proposal analysis, stakeholder coordination, recommendation development, and post-event follow-up
- Strong analytical skills, including spend analysis, proposal comparison, savings modeling, and business case support
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, including pivot tables, data modeling, dashboards, and executive-ready summaries
- Proven ability to manage multiple sourcing activities simultaneously, maintain timelines and action trackers, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues appropriately
- Strong stakeholder engagement, written communication, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to ask thoughtful questions, manage expectations, provide concise updates, and communicate effectively across global teams
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, follow-through discipline, and ability to validate supplier inputs, assumptions, and recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field preferred
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Infrastructure, Cloud, Telecom, Network, Hardware, or Cybersecurity sourcing
- Experience with suppliers such as Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Dell, HPE, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, VMware, or similar providers
- Experience using Ariba, Workday, Scout, or similar procurement and sourcing platforms
- Experience in a global organization or shared services environment
- Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent
- Retail, luxury, or consumer products industry experience
- Experience using AI tools to support sourcing, analytics, reporting, or productivity
