We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can build strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic labs, spas, wellness centres, and other relevant healthcare and wellness partners.
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager – Doctor & Healthcare Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing Miror's offline business network by personally meeting doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres, labs, spas, wellness centres, and other potential partners.
The objective is not simply to generate leads, but to build long-term relationships that result in referrals, partnerships, consultations, product sales, and other business opportunities for Miror.
This is a field-intensive sales and relationship-building role. The candidate should enjoy meeting people, networking, pitching solutions, following up, and converting relationships into business.
Key Responsibilities
Doctor & Healthcare Relationship Building
- Identify and build relationships with:
- Gynaecologists
- General physicians
- Psychologists / Mental health professionals
- Nutritionists
- Endocrinologists
- Oncologists
- Sexual health specialists
- Dentists
- Other relevant healthcare professionals
- Regularly visit doctors and healthcare professionals to introduce Miror and its services.
- Build strong, long-term professional relationships with doctors and clinics.
- Explain Miror's value proposition and how it can support their patients.
- Generate doctor referrals and patient leads.
- Identify opportunities for doctors to participate in Miror's consultation network, webinars, community activities, and other programs.
Clinics, Hospitals & Diagnostic Centres
- Identify potential clinics, hospitals, diagnostic labs, and healthcare centres for partnerships.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with decision-makers.
- Develop referral and business partnership opportunities.
- Explore opportunities for:
- Patient referrals
- Health packages
- Diagnostic partnerships
- Corporate/wellness programs
- Doctor consultations
- Menopause screening and awareness programs
- Negotiate and close mutually beneficial partnerships.
Spas & Wellness Centres
- Identify premium spas, wellness centres, fitness centres, women's wellness centres, and similar businesses.
- Build partnerships to reach women who may benefit from Miror's services and products.
- Explore cross-referral and co-marketing opportunities.
- Conduct presentations and awareness sessions where appropriate.
- Develop new channels for customer acquisition and sales.
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals, events, and market research.
- Convert leads into active partnerships and revenue-generating accounts.
- Drive sales and business through the partner network.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing partners.
- Track leads, meetings, conversions, referrals, and revenue.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with existing doctors and partners.
- Understand partner requirements and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure partners remain engaged and active.
- Identify opportunities to increase business from existing relationships.
- Represent Miror professionally during all external meetings and interactions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Success in this role will be measured through:
- Number of doctors/clinics/partners acquired

Who Can Apply?
We are looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Healthcare Sales, Pharma Sales, Medical Sales, Diagnostics, Wellness, or similar industries.
- Candidates with existing relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic labs, or wellness centres will have an advantage.
