About the Role
Magenta IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive / Intern to join our growing team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, business development, follow-ups, and promoting Magenta IT Solutions' IT and digital services to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through online and offline channels.
- Identify and research potential clients and businesses.
- Contact prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Promote company services and generate sales opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings and product/service discussions with prospects.
- Prepare and share quotations and proposals with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Track sales activities, follow-ups, and conversion status.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to understand client requirements.
- Support digital marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation and sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales and lead-generation reports.
- Stay updated about company services, IT trends, and market opportunities.
