Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled IBM OpenPages ORGS Dashboard & Reporting Analyst to design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics within the IBM OpenPages Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building dashboards directly within IBM OpenPages ORGS, creating insightful reports, and transforming business requirements into meaningful visualizations that support risk management, compliance, and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards within IBM OpenPages ORGS.

Create operational, management, and executive-level reports using IBM OpenPages reporting capabilities.

Understand business reporting requirements and translate them into effective dashboards and analytics.

Develop KPIs, scorecards, trend analysis, and risk indicators for governance and compliance reporting.

Configure and customize OpenPages dashboard widgets, charts, and visual components.
-
Create reusable reporting templates and standard dashboard components.
-
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across reports and dashboards.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk teams, compliance teams, and IT to gather reporting requirements.

Perform report validation, testing, and troubleshooting.

Optimize dashboard performance and improve report execution times.
-
Support periodic reporting, regulatory reporting, and audit-related reporting requirements.

Document dashboard designs, report specifications, and reporting processes.

Provide user support and training on dashboards and reporting features.
