Job Description

Process and generate invoices accurately and in a timely manner based on sales agreements, contracts, and service orders.
Verify billing data/related documents for completeness and accuracy, including pricing, discounts, quantities, and taxes.
Collaborate closely with sales, account management, and customer support teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, pricing structures, and billing policies to ensure accurate invoicing.
Handle billing inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding invoices and payments.
Perform regular reconciliations between billing records, sales orders, and customer contracts to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Update and maintain customer information, billing terms, and payment preferences in the billing system.
Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of billing procedures.
Monitor and track accounts receivable, following up on overdue payments and working with the collections team to resolve outstanding issues.
Generate and analyze billing reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
