Job Description: Preschool Educator

Position: Preschool Educator
Location: FirstCry Intellitots Preschool & Daycare, Sector 29, Faridabad

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and enthusiastic Preschool Educator to nurture and inspire young learners during their formative years. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a love for working with children, and the ability to create engaging learning experiences through activities, art, music, and movement.

Key Responsibilities: Classroom Teaching & Child Development

Deliver age-appropriate, activity-based learning experiences aligned with the preschool curriculum.
Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development.
Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
Observe, assess, and document children's progress and developmental milestones.

Creative Learning

Conduct engaging Art & Craft activities to promote creativity and fine motor skills.
Lead dance, music, movement, and rhythm-based activities to enhance children's confidence and coordination.
Use storytelling, role-play, and interactive teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and meaningful.

Classroom Management

Maintain an organized, child-friendly, and inclusive learning environment.
Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction among children.
Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.

Parent Communication

Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and feedback.
Participate in parent meetings, events, and school activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Early Childhood Education, NTT, Montessori, or equivalent qualification preferred).
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong classroom management and child engagement abilities.
Proficiency in Art & Craft activities.
Ability to conduct dance, music, or movement-based sessions.
Creative, patient, energetic, and nurturing personality.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Prior experience in a preschool, kindergarten, daycare, or early childhood education setting.
Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental delays, learning differences, or other special educational needs will be highly preferred.
Understanding of inclusive education practices and individualized learning approaches will be an added advantage.
