Salary: ₹15,000 Gross per month
Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM (Mandatory)
Job Type: Full-Time / Work from Office

Job Description

eaccountants Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a sincere, hardworking, and reliable Office Boy / Office Assistant to support day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.

Responsibilities

Filing and maintaining office documents
Scanning, photocopying, and organizing records
Handling office documentation and paperwork
Cleaning and maintaining office premises
Dusting tables, cabins, and workstations
Delivering cheques and documents to vendors, clients, banks, and other stakeholders
Visiting government and regulatory offices for document submission, collection, and information gathering
Assisting staff with routine office and administrative tasks
Handling outdoor office work as required
Any other office support work assigned by management

Eligibility

Minimum HSC (12th Pass) / Ability to read and understand basic English
Honest, punctual, and responsible / Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage
Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred but is not mandatory
