WE ARE HIRING – FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a Front Office Executive to join our hospital team.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and guide patients and attendants.
Handle OPD/IPD registration and patient enquiries.
Manage appointments and doctor schedules.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing and other departments.
Handle incoming calls and provide appropriate information.
Maintain front office records and documentation.
Assist patients and attendants with a polite and helpful attitude.
Ensure smooth functioning of the reception/front desk.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Eligibility:

Graduate / relevant qualification preferred.
0–2 years of experience in hospital front office/reception preferred.
Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Good Hindi communication is essential.
Basic English communication preferred
