Hotel Trainee – All Departments

Position: Hotel Trainee
Department: Hotel Operations – All Departments
Location: Avatel Hospitalilty Private Limited
Employment Type: Job Training / Industrial Training / Internship

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Hotel Trainees to gain practical experience across various departments of the hotel. The trainee will receive hands-on exposure to hotel operations and work under the guidance of experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

Assist team members in day-to-day hotel operations.
Gain practical exposure to Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, HR and other departments.
Support daily operational tasks as assigned by the department supervisor.
Maintain professional grooming, discipline and guest-service standards.
Assist in providing excellent guest service.
Follow hotel SOPs, hygiene and safety standards.
Coordinate with team members and other departments.
Learn hotel procedures, systems and operational practices.
Complete assigned training activities and responsibilities.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout the training period.

Eligibility

Students pursuing Hotel Management / Hospitality Management or related courses.
Freshers and students looking for industrial training/internship are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a team.
Flexible to work in different hotel departments and shifts.
