Guest Relations Executive (GRE) & Pre-Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive (GRE) & Pre-Sales Executive who will be responsible for managing customer interactions from the initial enquiry to the site visit. The role involves handling leads, understanding customer requirements, coordinating site visits, providing project information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience while supporting the sales team in lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and property needs.
Explain project details, amenities, location advantages, pricing, and other relevant information.
Qualify leads based on customer requirements and purchase intent.
Welcome and assist customers during project/site visits.
Provide a professional and positive experience to walk-in and visiting customers.
Coordinate and schedule site visits with prospective customers.
Follow up with leads before and after site visits.
Maintain regular communication with customers and address their queries professionally.
Coordinate with the sales/closing team and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, walk-ins, and site visits in the CRM.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
Work towards assigned calling, site visit, and conversion targets.
Support the sales team throughout the customer journey to improve lead conversion.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in real estate, pre-sales, telecalling, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with customers.
Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Good follow-up and convincing abilities.
Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office tools.
Candidates with experience in real estate, hospitality, or customer-facing roles will be preferred.
