Brand & PR Growth Executive

Location: Hybrid (Delhi NCR) | Approximately 4–6 office visits per month

# About Webenor

Webenor Technologies Private Limited is a technology-driven digital growth company helping businesses and NGOs scale through technology, digital marketing, automation, AI, and branding.

We are looking for a proactive individual who can take ownership of our Brand Communications & PR function and help build both Webenor's and our clients' public presence.

# Role Overview

This role goes far beyond traditional Public Relations.

You will be responsible for building media relationships, increasing brand visibility, strengthening founder branding, executing communication strategies, supporting client PR initiatives, and creating measurable business impact through strategic brand communication.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, AI-friendly, and capable of independently managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.

# Key Responsibilities

-Brand & Public Relations

Develop and execute PR strategies for Webenor and client brands.
Draft press releases, media notes, and brand announcements.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, media houses, and online publications.
Identify relevant media opportunities and secure quality coverage.

-Founder Branding

Build and manage the founder's personal brand across LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
Plan monthly content calendars.
Identify speaking opportunities, interviews, podcasts, awards, and collaborations.
Coordinate thought leadership initiatives.

-Client Brand Communications

Create PR calendars for clients.
Coordinate brand announcements.
Manage media outreach.
Track media mentions and prepare monthly PR reports.

-Partnerships & Growth

Identify strategic partnerships.
Coordinate brand collaborations.
Research industry events, conferences, awards, and networking opportunities.
Support business development initiatives through branding activities.

-Content & Communication

Write high-quality business content.
Review communication material before publication.
Coordinate with designers and marketing teams for campaigns.
Ensure consistent brand messaging.

-AI & Productivity

Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Canva AI, and similar platforms to improve productivity.
Create repeatable AI-assisted workflows for PR, research, outreach, and content creation.
Continuously recommend automation opportunities.

-Reporting & Documentation

Maintain media databases.
Track journalist interactions.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Document SOPs and internal processes.

# Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Monthly expectations include:

PR strategy delivered for all assigned clients.
Minimum 100 quality media outreach emails.
Minimum 6–10 earned media placements.
Monthly founder branding calendar executed.
Minimum 2 speaking, podcast, interview, or collaboration opportunities identified.
Weekly reporting submitted on time.
Updated media database and outreach tracker.
AI workflow improvements implemented wherever applicable.

# Required Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in Public Relations or Brand Communications.
Media outreach and relationship management.
Content writing and storytelling.
Founder branding experience.
Excellent research skills.
Strong organizational ability.

# Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹48,000 per month (depending on demonstrated capability)

Performance-based revisions and growth opportunities will be considered based on ownership, business impact, and contribution to the company's growth.
