Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals beginning their career in HR, offering the opportunity to learn and grow within the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:
Assist with job postings on internal and external job boards.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Participate in the interview process and provide feedback.
Onboarding:
Prepare new hire documentation and assist with the onboarding process.
Conduct new employee orientations to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Employee Relations:
Address basic employee queries and provide support as needed.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Support HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
Track employee participation and feedback in training programs.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Compliance and Confidentiality:
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and records.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or prior experience in an HR role.
Knowledge of HR software or systems (e.g., HRIS).
