About Position:
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to be responsible for providing solutions for technical issues which may affect product delivery. You will facilitate requirement analyses, conduct peer reviews, and provide feedback, and enhance frameworks.

Ultimately, as a top-notch Java technical lead, you should have good analytical skills, the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions, and excellent teamwork skills.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with coworkers to conceptualize, test software.
- Conduct quality assurance to ensure that the software meets prescribed guidelines
- Roll out fixes and upgrades to software, as needed
- Secure software to prevent security breaches and other vulnerabilities
- Collect and review customer feedback to enhance user experience
- Suggest workflow alterations to improve efficiency and success.
- Pitch ideas for projects based on gaps in the market and technological advancements
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Define end-to-end technical architecture of the lending platform with scalability, resilience, and security in mind.
- Architect microservices-based solutions using Java (Spring Boot), Kafka, YugabyteDB, DAPR, and Temporal.
- Design APIs and integration patterns with external/internal systems (cloud and on-prem). Define cloud architecture leveraging services from both AWS and GCP.
- Ensure architecture complies with enterprise security and compliance policies.
- Work closely with Enterprise Architects and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Guide development and DevOps teams on implementation best practices.
- Lead architecture reviews and solution validation.
- Required Skills: 12+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years as a solution architect.
- Strong experience designing cloud-native microservices applications.
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, event-driven architecture.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and databases (YugabyteDB, NoSQL, RDBMS).
- Experience with Kafka, DAPR, Temporal, and other modern platforms.
- Experience designing solutions in hybrid cloud environments (AWS + GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability (logs, traces, metrics).
- Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
- Certifications (Preferred): Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect) TOGAF (for EA), OSA (for SA), or similar
