Job Description: Telesales Executive – EV Industry

Sunanda Greentech Pvt. Ltd. is an EV manufacturing company specializing in electric 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers. The company focuses on developing and manufacturing its own electric vehicles and expanding its presence in the growing Indian EV market.

With 10+ company-owned outlets, Sunanda Greentech follows a strong direct-to-customer approach, providing customers with direct access to its products and services.

As part of our growing sales team, the Telesales Executive will play an important role in expanding our customer base by generating leads, connecting with potential customers, and creating sales opportunities for our EV products.

Job Summary

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating potential customer leads through cold calling, explaining the company's electric 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers, following up with interested prospects, and converting leads into sales appointments and customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, strong convincing abilities, and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to potential customers.
Generate new leads and identify potential buyers for EV 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, offers, and benefits to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV products.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and potential customers.
Convert cold leads into qualified leads, test rides, showroom visits, and sales.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain and update customer information, call records, and lead status in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the field sales team for qualified leads and customer appointments.
Follow up with customers until the final purchase decision.
Re-contact old, inactive, and missed leads to generate additional business.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and customer feedback.
Share customer feedback and market information with the Sales Manager.
Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with prospective customers.

Required Qualifications

12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, Automobile Sales, or BPO is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills can also apply.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable making a large number of outbound calls every day.
Good listening and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Good Hindi and English communication skills; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of outbound calls made per day.
Number of new leads generated.
Number of qualified leads generated.
Customer appointments / showroom visits scheduled.
Test rides generated.
Lead-to-customer conversion rate.
Follow-up completion rate.
Number of vehicles sold through generated leads.
Achievement of monthly sales and lead-generation targets.

Preferred Experience

1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, lead generation, automobile sales, or a related field.
Experience in EV, automobile, finance, insurance, real estate, or other target-based sales will be an added advantage.
Candidates with proven cold-calling and lead-conversion experience will be preferred.

Performance Expectations

The candidate should be comfortable with daily cold calling and continuous follow-ups and should be capable of turning telephone conversations into genuine sales opportunities.

The primary focus of this role is lead generation, customer engagement, appointment generation, and conversion of leads into sales.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
