Sales & Marketing Executive – Inside & Field Sales

Industry: CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service)
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

QSURA helps businesses improve customer engagement, marketing, notifications and customer communication through reliable and scalable technology solutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive responsible for both Inside Sales and Field Sales.

The candidate will generate new B2B leads, connect with potential customers, conduct online and face-to-face meetings, understand customer requirements, present QSURA solutions, follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into paying customers.

The role requires a proactive, target-oriented and business-development-focused individual who is comfortable communicating with business owners, founders and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities1. Inside Sales & Lead Generation

Identify potential B2B customers through Google, LinkedIn, business directories, databases and other sources.
Generate leads through cold calling, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn outreach.
Research companies and identify relevant decision-makers.
Make outbound calls to introduce QSURA's solutions.
Understand customer requirements and qualify prospects.
Schedule online meetings and product demonstrations.
Follow up consistently with prospects.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM.

2. Field Sales

Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
Visit companies and business locations for lead generation and sales meetings.
Meet founders, business owners, marketing heads, IT heads and other decision-makers.
Present QSURA's products and solutions.
Understand business communication requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Build relationships with prospects and customers.
Participate in business networking events, exhibitions and industry meetings when required.
Generate referrals and additional business opportunities.

3. Sales & Business Development

Promote and sell QSURA's CPaaS solutions.
Prepare and share quotations/proposals in coordination with the internal team.
Negotiate with prospects within approved commercial guidelines.
Convert qualified leads into customers.
Coordinate with technical, operations and support teams during customer onboarding.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Work towards achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.

Sales Process

The candidate will be responsible for the complete sales cycle:

Lead Generation → Prospecting → Cold Calling → Qualification → Online/Field Meeting → Product Presentation → Proposal → Follow-up → Negotiation → Closure → Client Onboarding → Upselling

Daily Responsibilities

Research new prospects.
Make outbound calls.
Send personalized emails/WhatsApp messages.
Connect with prospects through LinkedIn.
Follow up with existing leads.
Schedule online and field meetings.
Attend client meetings.
Update CRM and sales records.
Report daily activities and progress.
Work towards monthly sales targets.

Additional Requirements

Laptop is mandatory.
Smartphone is required.
Candidate should be comfortable with daily outbound calling.
Candidate should be comfortable with field visits.
Willingness to travel within Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR and other assigned locations.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.
Candidate should be comfortable working from the Noida office and visiting clients as required.

Performance Expectations

The role will be measured on actual business development and revenue generation.

Primary KPIs:

Prospects → Qualified Leads → Meetings → Proposals → New Clients → Revenue

Indicative activity expectations:

20–30 new prospects researched/day
40–60 outbound calls/day
15–25 digital outreach messages/day
20–30 follow-ups/day
3–5 qualified meetings/week
Monthly client acquisition and revenue targets based on experience

Quality of leads, meetings and conversions will be more important than simply completing activity numbers.
