Full job description

AyronLegion delivers AI Development and Consulting, Enterprise Modernisation, and Application Development for high-growth and enterprise organisations across the USA, UK, and Europe. Unlike traditional tech cos, we build continuous, structural AI governance into every engagement through our proprietary STAARK platform—ensuring client systems align with regulatory frameworks.

We are expanding our GTM footprint in North America and Europe. This is a high-upside, high-autonomy role for an aggressive B2B closer who wants to capitalize on the booming demand for enterprise AI, modernisation, and compliance-first software engineering.

Role Overview

As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will drive new logo acquisition across the USA and/or European markets. You will target C-level executives (CTOs, CIOs, Chief Risk/Compliance Officers, VPs of Engineering/AI) and pitch high-ticket consulting and custom development services.

This role offers uncapped earning potential, zero cap on deal size, and the direct support of our technical and founder teams to help you close complex B2B deals.

Key Details

Location: Remote
Working Hours: Overlapping with regional business hours (US EST/PST or EU CET/UK GMT)
Target Verticals: AI Enterprise, SaaS, Financial Services, Healthcare/Life Sciences and Regulated Tech Enterprises

What You’ll Do

Drive Full-Cycle Outbound Sales: Lead end-to-end B2B sales cycles—prospecting, cold outreach, discovery, pitch/presentation, objection handling, commercial negotiation, and closing.
Target Enterprise Decision-Makers: Engage CTOs, CIOs, CISOs, Head of AI, and Enterprise Architects looking to deploy AI safely or modernise legacy infrastructure.
Position AyronLegion’s Differentiators: Communicate the strategic value of STAARK-governed AI, Spec-Driven Development, and regulatory compliance
Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain a clean sales pipeline in CRM, accurately forecast closing timelines, and track conversion activities weekly.
Feedback Loop: Collaborate directly with leadership and solutions architects to tailor technical proposals, value propositions, and enterprise pricing models.

Who You Are

Experienced B2B Tech Seller: Successful track record selling IT consulting, custom software development, cloud/AI services, or high-ticket enterprise SaaS.
Self-Driven & Autonomous: Thrives in a results-only, entrepreneurial environment with uncapped commission structures.

Legal & Compliance Notes

Engagement Type: Structured as an Independent Contractor
Written Agreement: Full contract outlining commission rates, payout schedules, clawback clauses (for defaulted client payments), and dispute resolution before starting, based on the deal size.
Data Protection: Compliance with GDPR, US state privacy regulations, and non-disclosure obligations (NDA).
