We are looking for a passionate and creative Graphics, Content & Social Media Marketing Specialist to build and manage digital presence for our international brands. You will be responsible for content creation, online community engagement, and driving brand visibility across platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or equivalent

1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing roles

Strong written and spoken English communication

Hands-on experience with Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools

Knowledge of social media platforms, digital trends, and engagement strategies

Experience in managing brand pages and digital campaigns

Basic skills in photography or video editing is necessary

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and beer-passionate Graphics, Content & Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the visual storyteller and voice of our craft beer portfolio across digital channels. You will craft high-impact graphic design assets, develop engaging video and photo content, and manage dynamic social media campaigns that drive brand awareness for our brewery partners, retail accounts, and craft beer community.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Visual Brand Strategy
Design eye-catching print and digital marketing collateral, including point-of-sale (POS) materials, taproom flyers, banners, sales sheets, and trade show displays.
Maintain and enforce visual brand identity standards across all distributor and brand partner channels.
Create custom digital assets for email campaigns, website updates, and wholesale partner promotions.
Content Creation & Photography/Videography
Edit high-quality photography and short-form video (Reels, TikToks) highlighting product launches, brewery events, behind-the-scenes distribution operations, and partner venues.
Produce compelling written copy for social posts, newsletter campaigns, blog posts, and press releases.
Collaborate with sales reps and retail accounts to highlight local craft beer placements and tap takeovers.
Social Media & Community Management
Develop, schedule, and execute an integrated content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Untappd.
Monitor social channels to engage with craft beer enthusiasts, local accounts, and brewery partners in real time.
Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and adjust content strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, content creation, or social media marketing (beverage industry experience is a major plus).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects, InDesign) and/or Canva, Figma
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing strong typography, layout skills, and short-form video editing.
Working knowledge of and genuine passion for the craft beer and distribution landscape.
Strong written communication and copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple brand campaigns simultaneously.
