International Business Development Executive - Australian Market

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented International Business Development Executive to manage and grow our business operations in the Australian market.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing international business opportunities, managing client relationships, coordinating export documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of the complete export and logistics process.

This role is ideal for someone with strong international sales, communication, coordination, negotiation, and export operations skills who can effectively manage clients as well as internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow export sales operations for the Australian market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and business partners.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with warehouse, cargo bay, container yard, tarmac, and logistics teams for smooth shipment execution.
Prepare, verify, and maintain export-related documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, logistics providers, and other external partners.
Monitor dispatch, loading, unloading, shipment movement, tracking, and delivery schedules.
Manage the complete export cycle from order confirmation to final delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer orders, sales activities, shipment status, and documentation.
Identify and resolve sales, shipment, documentation, or operational issues through effective coordination.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with international customers throughout the order lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements

Experience in Export Sales, International Sales, Export Operations, or a related field is preferred.
Good understanding of export procedures, international shipping, documentation, and logistics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, coordination, follow-up, and relationship management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities while meeting deadlines.
Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM/ERP systems will be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with international clients and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience handling Australian market / international clients.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.
Strong sales and business development mindset.
Excellent customer relationship and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven export environment.
Strong coordination skills with logistics and operations teams.
