Full job description

The Manager – Pre Admissions will be responsible for leading the pre-admissions function by managing student inquiries, counseling operations, lead conversion, and the pre-enrollment experience. The role focuses on ensuring a seamless journey for prospective students from initial inquiry through admission while driving enrollment targets through an efficient and highperforming pre-admissions team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to achieve pre-admission and enrollment targets across all programs.

Lead, mentor, and manage the Pre Admissions team to maximize inquiry-to-admission conversion rates.

Oversee the complete pre-admissions process, including lead allocation, follow-ups, counseling, and application management.

Ensure prospective students and parents receive timely, accurate, and personalized guidance regarding courses, admissions, scholarships, and career opportunities.

Monitor team productivity, counseling quality, and conversion metrics through regular reviews and coaching.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure effective lead generation and campaign execution.

Coordinate with the Admissions, Academic, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-admission to enrollment.

Analyze admission funnel performance, lead quality, and conversion trends to improve overall efficiency.

Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead management, conversions, and team performance.

Handle escalations from prospective students and parents to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Build relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and channel partners to strengthen the admission pipeline.

Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, webinars, and outreach programs to generate quality leads and enhance brand visibility.

Ensure compliance with admission policies, CRM processes, and organizational standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in, Marketing, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum 6–10 years of experience in Pre Admissions, Student Counseling, Admissions, Inside Sales, or Business Development, preferably in the Education or EdTech sector.

Proven experience in leading teams and consistently achieving enrollment targets.

Strong understanding of the student admission lifecycle and counseling process.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical mindset with experience in CRM systems, reporting, and performance management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

Willingness to travel for admission drives, school visits, seminars, and promotional events when required.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
