Job Description – Tamil / Telugu Process Trainer & Team Leader – BPO

Position: Process Trainer / Team Leader
Languages: Tamil / Telugu + Hindi
Industry: BPO / Customer Support/ Sales
Experience: 6Month to 3 Years
Location: Delhi – Karol Bagh
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tamil/Telugu/ Hindi - Process Trainer / Team Leader to manage, train and support BPO employees. The candidate should have strong communication, team-handling and training skills with good knowledge of BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Process Trainer:

Conduct induction, process and product training for new joiners.
Provide training in Tamil/Telugu and Hindi .
Conduct refresher training, mock calls and role plays.
Identify knowledge gaps and provide coaching.
Conduct assessments and maintain training records.
Support trainees during nesting and production transition.
Coordinate with Operations and QA teams to improve performance.

As a Team Leader:

Manage and supervise a team of BPO agents.
Monitor daily productivity, quality, attendance and adherence.
Achieve team targets and process KPIs.
Conduct daily huddles and regular performance reviews.
Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
Handle escalations and resolve customer/process-related issues.
Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports.
Motivate the team and maintain discipline.
Coordinate with Operations, QA and HR for smooth process functioning.

Required Skills

Fluent in Tamil or Telugu with good English communication.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Good knowledge of BPO operations and customer handling.
Excellent training and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Eligibility

Graduate preferred.
2–5 years of BPO experience.
Experience as a Process Trainer / Team Leader / SME preferred.
Voice process or customer support experience will be an added advantage.
Candidates must be comfortable handling both training and team-management responsibilities.

Team productivity and achievement of targets.
Quality and customer satisfaction.
Training effectiveness and assessment scores.
Attendance and attrition control.
Process compliance and team performance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
