About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Node.js, Next.js, and Laravel to join our growing engineering team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building end-to-end web applications, wants to grow their technical skills, and is eager to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Node.js, Next.js, and Laravel
Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces
Design and write efficient MySQL queries; assist in database schema design
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices
Debug and resolve bugs/issues across the front-end and back-end
Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality
Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and QA to deliver features on time
Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies
Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in full stack development

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in full stack development
Working knowledge of Node.js and Next.js (React ecosystem)
Hands-on experience with Laravel (PHP framework)
Good understanding of MySQL — writing queries, basic schema design
Experience building or consuming RESTful APIs
Solid understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Familiarity with version control (Git)
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
Good problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools/technologies

Good to Have

Exposure to TypeScript
Basic understanding of Docker or deployment processes
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
Understanding of UI/UX basics
Any personal/academic projects or open-source contributions using the above stack

Soft Skills

Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Team player with a collaborative mindset
Willingness to learn and take feedback constructively
Ownership and accountability for assigned tasks
