OBJECTIVE:

Position: Manager, Leasing (Offices)
Location: Mundhwa, Pune
Experience: 5+ Years in Office Leasing
Qualification: Master's Degree or Higher
Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi

A Advani Realty is a leading commercial real estate organization specializing in leasing premium office spaces and providing innovative workspace solutions. Our properties, such as Platinum Capital in Mundhwa and Platinum Tower in Kharadi, offer modern infrastructure and exceptional services. We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Manager, Leasing to join our team and take charge of leasing efforts across Platinum Capital, Platinum Tower, and upcoming projects.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and oversee the leasing of commercial office spaces at Platinum Capital (Mundhwa), Platinum Tower (Kharadi), and other upcoming developments
Handle leasing of retail spaces at Platinum Capital in addition to office spaces
Focus on leasing both co-working spaces and premium office units to businesses in the Pune market
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their workspace needs and offer customized leasing solutions
Negotiate lease terms, pricing, and contracts in collaboration with legal and operations teams
Provide exceptional service to tenants, ensuring that any concerns or issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to develop competitive leasing initiatives
Meet leasing targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of A Advani Realty
Work closely with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth leasing processes
Actively engage with potential clients, brokers, and business partners to promote leasing opportunities and increase occupancy
Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and company policies during leasing activities

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

5+ years of experience in office leasing, with a proven track record in managing leasing for premium office spaces
Experience in leasing retail spaces, particularly within commercial properties
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both English and Hindi
In-depth knowledge of the Pune commercial real estate market, particularly in areas like Mundhwa and Kharadi
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and understand their leasing needs
Must be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and achieving leasing goals
Master’s degree or higher in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
