Remote \u007C 6-Month Paid Internship \u007C ₹15,000–₹20,000/month

₹15,000 fixed + up to ₹5,000 performance incentives
10 AM – 7 PM \u007C 6 days/week
Potential full-time conversion: up to ₹6 LPA

As a Business Development Associate Intern, you'll be speaking to real companies, understanding their hiring challenges, introducing them to our product, and learning what it takes to turn a conversation into a business relationship.

You'll get a front-row seat to how a Y Combinator-backed startup thinks about customers, sales, growth, and revenue.

And you don't need to come in knowing sales.

What You'll Do

You'll work closely with our Business Development team to:

Speak with prospective customers and understand their hiring needs.
Introduce companies to Weekday and explain how our product can help them.
Identify and engage with potential customers.
Build relationships with prospects and clients.
Work with internal teams to create a smooth customer experience.
Track your work and understand what drives successful business development.

Is currently pursuing or has recently completed a Bachelor's degree.

Prior sales experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

A short initial screening to understand your communication and interest in the role.

We'll provide preparation material beforehand. You'll get time to understand it and prepare a short pitch, which you'll present during the interview.

3. Final Round w Junaid Khan
A final conversation with the team to understand your motivation, working style, and potential fit.

No prior sales knowledge is expected for the interview. We'll give you what you need to prepare for the pitch.
