Full job description

Touchstone Infotech is looking for an experienced SEO Executive with a strong focus on Off-Page SEO and Link Building.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of practical SEO experience and a good understanding of building high-quality, relevant backlinks through research, outreach, content placements, and other white-hat SEO techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies for multiple client websites.
Identify high-quality and relevant backlink opportunities.
Perform competitor backlink analysis using tools such as SEMrush and Ahrefs.
Execute outreach for guest posts, niche edits/link insertions, resource pages, and relevant content placements.
Research industry-specific websites, publishers, blogs, directories, and other link opportunities.
Build relationships with bloggers, publishers, webmasters, and relevant industry websites.
Perform backlink audits and identify potentially harmful or low-quality links.
Monitor new, lost, and referring-domain backlinks.
Maintain proper records of outreach, acquired links, target URLs, anchor text, and link status.
Ensure healthy anchor-text and backlink profile distribution.
Support local SEO through relevant citations and business listings when required.
Coordinate with content writers for guest posts, outreach content, and linkable assets.
Track keyword rankings, organic visibility, and the impact of off-page activities.
Prepare weekly/monthly SEO and link-building reports.
Support the SEO team with basic keyword research, on-page SEO, and competitor analysis when required.
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and current SEO/link-building best practices.

Required Skills

Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience, particularly Off-Page SEO.
Strong knowledge of white-hat link-building techniques.
Good understanding of backlink quality, relevance, authority, anchor text, and referring domains.
Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, or similar SEO tools.
Strong web research and competitor analysis skills.
Good written English for outreach and publisher communication.
Understanding of On-Page and Technical SEO fundamentals.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet monthly deliverables.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for maintaining outreach and backlink records.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with previous experience in an SEO or digital marketing agency will be preferred.

Experience working on B2B, SaaS, IT, eCommerce, Local SEO, or international SEO projects will be an added advantage.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who understands that modern off-page SEO is about quality, relevance, authority, and relationships—not simply generating a large number of backlinks.

You should be able to independently research opportunities, analyze competitors, execute outreach, maintain link-building records, and contribute toward improving clients' organic search visibility.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
