ABOUT REDIAL
ReDial Clinic is a doctor-led metabolic reversal clinic based in Green Park Extension, New Delhi, founded by Dr. Gagandeep Singh. We don't manage Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and obesity — we reverse them, in 3 to 6 months, through an integrated Doctor + Health Coach care model that treats insulin resistance as the root cause, not the symptom. The clinical work is genuinely compelling. As we scale patient acquisition and our content presence, we're building a small, high-ownership team to match.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn a campaign brief into creative that actually performs— not just creative that looks good. You'll sit at the intersection of paid marketing and brand, translating clinical, metabolic-health concepts into simple, compelling creative that a non-medical audience understands and acts on instantly.
This is a hands-on role. You'll take briefs, direct creative end-to-end, and use performance data to know what to scale and what to kill — not wait for someone else to tell you.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Ad Creative (Meta Ads)
Turn campaign briefs into finished ad creatives for Meta campaigns.
Test hooks, formats, and angles, and iterate based on CTR, CPL, and conversion data.
Work closely with the growth team to align creative with the funnel stage and audience.
Brand & Visual Identity
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all patient-facing creative.
Ensure every piece of creative reflects clinical credibility, not generic wellness marketing.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with content, design, and growth teams so creative aligns with campaign goals and timelines basics.
Brief external resources (designers, editors) clearly enough that no back-and-forth is needed on the

The steady flow of new ad creative you produce — covering different hooks, formats, and angles so campaigns always have fresh material to test rather than running the same creative until it fatigues.
Ad Performance
Contribution
How much of the improvement in campaign metrics (CTR, CPL, conversion) can be traced back to creative decisions — not just media buying. This is about creative that measurably moves the needle, not just creative that ships.
Brand Consistency
Whether every piece of creative reflects ReDial's clinical credibility and brand voice, regardless of which campaign or platform it's built for. No off-brand or clinically inaccurate creative should reach an audience.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
Must-Haves
5+ years of total experience, including at least 2+ years working specifically on healthcare or wellness accounts.
A strong portfolio of past creative work is required to support your application.
Sharp eye for detail and for creative quality — nothing ships half-finished.
Strong storytelling and copywriting ability, with an eye for creative that stops the scroll.
Comfortable reading performance data (CTR, CPL, ROAS) and translating it into creative decisions.
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, or equivalent paid ad platform experience, along with creative testing frameworks (A/B testing, hook variations).
Immediate availability — this is an on-site, full-time role.
Strong Advantage
Experience working across multiple accounts simultaneously.
Awards or industry recognition for creative work.
Experience with organic content platforms (Instagram, YouTube) in addition to paid.
Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite) to prototype ideas quickly.
Prior experience in D2C, healthcare, or subscription-based businesses.
PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENT — MANDATORY
Every candidate must share at least two examples of ad creative they've built, ideally from a healthcare or wellness account, along with performance context (CTR, CPL, or conversion lift) where available. If you cannot show the work, we cannot move forward.
