About Position:
Senior VDI Architect responsible for designing and delivering scalable Citrix DaaS and Azure Virtual Desktop solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
Leads large-scale VDI transformation, migration, and modernization programs while ensuring performance, security, and cost optimization.
Collaborates with stakeholders, presales, and delivery teams to drive solution excellence, governance, and enhanced end-user experience.

What You Will Do
- Lead and support RFPs, solution defense, and large-scale VDI transition and transformation programs
- Define and implement end-to-end VDI architectures using Citrix DaaS and Azure Virtual Desktop
- Drive cloud migration initiatives from on-prem VDI to Azure or hybrid environments
- Develop High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLDs/LLDs) and govern architecture standards
- Lead VDI transformation initiatives including cloud adoption, data center consolidation, and M&A integrations
- Collaborate with presales, sales, and delivery teams to ensure successful solutioning and execution
- Establish governance, reporting, escalation processes, and ensure service delivery excellence
- Optimize cost through standardization, automation, and efficient resource utilization
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Mentor and guide VDI teams, track leads, and SMEs, ensuring capability development and delivery excellence
What You Will Bring
- 15+ years of experience in VDI technologies with strong architectural expertise
- Deep expertise in Citrix (DaaS, CVAD, NetScaler, StoreFront) and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Strong experience in cloud migration, hybrid VDI environments, and transformation programs
- Proficiency in Azure infrastructure (compute, networking, storage) and VDI-related services
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (PowerShell, Terraform, Bicep)
- Strong knowledge of networking (VPN, ExpressRoute, load balancing, SD-WAN)
- Expertise in profile management (FSLogix, Citrix UPM) and performance optimization
- Experience in identity and access management (Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access)
- Proven experience in governance, L3/L4 support, and managing complex VDI environments
- Relevant certifications such as CCE-V/CCP-V, AZ-140, AZ-305 along with strong stakeholder communication skills
