To be successful as a PAM Non-Personal Account (NPA) Vaulting Analyst, you should have experience with:
Strong understanding of Non-Personal Account (NPA) lifecycle management, including identification, onboarding, ownership validation, and decommissioning.
Hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms such as CyberArk or equivalent solutions, including account vaulting, password management, and privileged access controls.
Experience in NPA governance and control processes, including attestation, certification, segregation of duties, and policy compliance.
Proven ability to coordinate with application teams, infrastructure teams, and control partners to drive NPA remediation, onboarding, and compliance initiatives.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, access governance, and authentication mechanisms.
Experience supporting audit, risk, and regulatory reviews, including evidence gathering, issue remediation, and control documentation.
Familiarity with compliance metrics, KRI/KCI reporting, and control monitoring related to privileged and non-personal accounts.
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to present findings and drive actions across multiple technology and business teams.
Technical familiarity with core infrastructure architectures and tools, including Active Directory, Server/OS, Storage, Middleware, Database and Application topologies.

Purpose of the role
To manage and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, processes, technologies and standards for all IAM functions to ensure the secure access and use of sensitive information across the organisation.
Accountabilities
- Collaboration with stakeholders and IT teams to understand, analyse and implement IAM solutions into the banks process and infrastructure needs including authentication, authorisation, access management and single sign-on capabilities.
- Management and development of policies, processes and standards for all essential IAM functions aligned to the banks security and regulatory requirements.
- Execution of IAM audits to monitor processes and ensure that they comply with policies and regulations and identify potential security risks.
- Execution of incident investigations to respond to IAM related security events, identify the root cause of the incident and implement corrective measures efficiently.
- Identification of emerging IAM technologies and industry trends by collaborating with networks and conferences to gain IAM expertise and best practice.
- Development of IAM governance documents and reports to align the implementation and adherence of policies across the organisation.
