Job Summary
Blue Monkfish Private Limited is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend development, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Develop secure, high-performance backend APIs and services.
- Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways.
- Design and optimize databases for performance and scalability.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning.
- Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
AI & Modern Development Skills (Preferred)
Candidates should have a basic understanding of AI technologies and experience integrating AI features into web applications, including:
- Experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar LLM services.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows.
- Experience building AI-powered features like chatbots, content generation, document summarization, or recommendation systems.
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts (preferred).
- Knowledge of AI SDKs, REST API integration, and AI model deployment is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools.
