Full job description

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Software Implementation Executive to support the successful implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing optimization of our ERP system across various departments. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to understand business processes, coordinate ERP deployment activities, provide user training, and ensure smooth system adoption. ERP implementation roles commonly involve requirement gathering, user training, documentation, testing, and coordination between users and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate ERP implementation projects across departments including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Finance, and Service Operations.
Gather business requirements and document workflows for ERP configuration and process improvement.
Assist in ERP setup, module configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Conduct user training sessions and prepare training materials, manuals, and SOPs.
Provide functional support during implementation, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and coordinate with software vendors or developers for resolution.
Assist with data migration, validation, and system testing.
Generate implementation progress reports and maintain project documentation.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives through ERP automation and optimization.
Act as a bridge between end-users and technical teams to ensure successful ERP adoption. These responsibilities align with common ERP implementation and support functions across industry roles.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
0–3 years of experience in ERP implementation, software support, business process management, or related roles.
Freshers with strong analytical and technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Good understanding of business operations and workflow processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business documentation.
Ability to learn new software systems quickly.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to ERP platforms such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Zoho, ERPNext, or similar systems.
Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, accounting, or HR processes.
Experience in user training and software deployment is an advantage.
Malayalam and English communication skills.
