Role Overview
Aivar Innovations is looking for a Senior Inside Sales Representative to own revenue growth and new customer acquisition across the United States market, operating from India. You will drive the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting and discovery through to deal closure — selling Aivar's governed agentic AI stack and engineering services to mid-market and enterprise customers in North America.
This is a hunter role for someone who sells outcomes, not features. Your customers will be CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Operations leaders at US enterprises who need a trusted AI partner to take their initiatives from pilot to production. You will work across Aivar's accelerator platforms — Convogent (conversational AI), Velogent (agentic process automation), and Kubogent (AI infrastructure) — and the full services portfolio spanning AI strategy, custom AI development, cloud transformation, and managed AI/ML operations.
Key Responsibilities

Own a defined US territory or named account list, driving new logo acquisition and expansion revenue across Aivar's platforms and services

Execute end-to-end inside sales cycles — outbound prospecting, discovery, qualification, solution alignment, commercial negotiation, and closure

Build deep understanding of each prospect's business challenges, technology landscape, and AI maturity to position the right Aivar solution

Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline (3–5x quota) with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene in Salesforce or HubSpot

Engage C-suite, VP, and Director-level decision-makers across target verticals via phone, email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings during US business hours

Collaborate with solutions architects, pre-sales, and delivery teams to scope engagements, respond to RFPs, and present compelling proposals

Drive upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts — expanding customers from a single accelerator to broader platform and services adoption

Track and report key sales metrics — pipeline, revenue, forecast, and activity — to sales leadership on a weekly basis

Represent Aivar's differentiated positioning confidently against traditional IT services firms and generic AI vendors

5+ years of B2B inside sales experience, with at least 3 years selling AI, cloud, or enterprise technology services into the US market from India

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota on US enterprise accounts

Direct experience running complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with deal sizes ranging from mid-market to enterprise

Experience selling technology or digital transformation offerings — AI/ML, agentic automation, cloud, or data services preferred

Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger

Ability to work US Eastern or Pacific business hours from India

Strong relationship-building skills with comfort engaging CXO and VP-level buyers at US enterprises

Ability to translate complex AI and cloud capabilities into clear, compelling business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Solid commercial acumen — pipeline management, forecasting, pricing conversations, MSA/SOW negotiation, and contract understanding

High ownership mindset with the ability to manage a large territory and multiple active opportunities simultaneously

Excellent spoken and written English — confidence and clarity on US discovery calls and in executive written communication

Proficiency with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
