Full job description

We are hiring a Content Creator for a leading real estate company in Zirakpur. The role involves planning, directing, and executing high-impact content strategies for social media and digital platforms. The candidate will work with an in-house team of videographers, editors, designers, and marketers to create engaging content that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. No shooting or video editing is required.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Direct video shoots, reels, walkthroughs, testimonials, podcasts, and promotional content.
Develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and content calendars.
Coordinate with videographers, editors, designers, and marketing teams to ensure timely execution.
Research real estate trends, viral content, and competitor strategies.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Optimize content for engagement, reach, and lead generation.
Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaign objectives.

Candidate Profile

Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
Experience in directing creative teams is preferred.
Real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
