Job Description
Job Title: SAP ISU EDM Consultant
-
3-10 year of experience in Energy Data Management implementation projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, such as project planning & scoping, blueprinting, realization , data mapping & conversion, integration & user acceptance testing, go-live

Knowledge of Smart Metering, Technical master data creation, interfaces.

Extensive functional knowledge and experience in profile type/category, Season/Day/Time of use group, recording of energy data in profile, unit of measurement etc.

Capability to understand client’s business needs, propose the appropriate consultancy offering and be part of the delivery team.

Must have good understanding of device business process flow from Planning to Retirement of devices, configuration of SAP ISU, meter to cash process.

Must have at least 2 Projects of SAP IS-U implementation in Utilities - Demonstrated strong knowledge about Utility sector process and requirements and experienced in EDM implementation.

Utilities retail and customer services process & domain expertise

Expertise in one or more CRM platforms such as SAP C4C/ Salesforce/ Oracle CX in areas like Services, Sales & Marketing

Good Understanding of CRM integration with Utilities systems such IVR/CTI, CIS, MDM, Outage Management etc.

Would be advantageous but not mandatory: CRM certification (Salesforce/SAP CRM/Oracle CX)
