Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of compelling visual designs across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual thinking, excellent design skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring junior designers. You will work closely with the marketing, branding, and product teams to create engaging visual content that aligns with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality designs for digital and print marketing materials.
Design social media creatives, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, emailers, and advertisements.
Develop branding materials, logos, brand guidelines, and visual identity systems.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver creative campaigns.
Lead creative brainstorming sessions and translate concepts into impactful visuals.
Review and maintain consistency across all brand assets.
Mentor and guide junior graphic designers.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Coordinate with external vendors and printers when required.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines.

Required Skills

Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Experience designing for both digital and print media.
Knowledge of UI/UX principles is an added advantage.
Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage priorities and work independently.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
5–8+ years of professional graphic design experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and digital design projects.
Experience working in advertising agencies, creative studios, or corporate marketing teams is preferred.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Figma, Canva, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design.
Experience in AI-assisted design tools and creative automation.
Photography, illustration, or animation skills are a plus.
