Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Lead and guide a multidisciplinary agile team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with software engineers, QA engineers, architects, product managers, and business analysts to define and implement technical solutions.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services for cloud-native applications.
- Develop and optimize data models, queries, and integrations using SQL databases.
- Leverage AWS cloud services to build secure, reliable, and scalable applications.
- Ensure high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to software engineering best practices.
- Drive technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Mentor team members and promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and contribute to system reliability and performance improvements.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience building enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Java (Java 8/11/17+)
- Spring Boot
- Microservices Architecture
- REST API Development
- SQL Databases
- AWS Cloud Services
- Experience developing scalable, distributed, and cloud-native applications.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and software design patterns.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks and automated testing practices.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
