Sales Executive
Job Description
Core Responsibilities

Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, calls, and referrals.
Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Negotiate deals, prepare quotations, and close sales effectively.
Coordinate with the service and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or sales tracking systems.

Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive selling ability and negotiation skills.
Customer service orientation with problem-solving mindset.
Basic knowledge of product specifications (automobiles, two-wheelers, or relevant industry).
Time management and ability to work under pressure.
Computer literacy for reporting and documentation.

Eligibility

Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Diploma or Graduation in Business/Marketing preferred.
Prior experience in sales (automotive, retail, or FMCG) is an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication and enthusiasm may be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
