Job Title: Sampling Assistant / Sample Coordination Executive

Experience Required: 0 – 1 Year (Freshers are highly welcome!)

Education: 12th Science or Diploma/Graduate (B.Sc., B.Com, B.A)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Location: Sarigam/Vapi

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sampling Assistant to manage our customer sample dispatch process. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, packing, and tracking product samples sent to clients for trials and testing. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a proactive individual looking to start their career in a structured corporate/manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Sample Preparation: Collect, measure, and accurately prepare product samples according to customer requests and internal specifications.
Packaging & Labeling: Securely pack samples ensuring zero leakage or damage during transit. Generate and apply precise labels including product codes, batch numbers, and safety instructions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all samples sent out, including dispatch dates, tracking numbers, customer details, and courier slips in a logbook or Excel sheet.
Courier Coordination: Coordinate with local courier partners and logistics agencies to ensure timely delivery of trial samples to customers.
Inventory Management: Monitor the stock of sample materials, bottles, containers, and packaging boxes, and raise requests for refills before stock runs out.
Follow-ups: Keep track of sample delivery status and share tracking details with the sales/technical team.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Education: 12th Science or any Graduate degree.
Experience: 0 to 1 year (Prior experience in dispatch, store-keeping, or data entry is a plus, but complete training will be provided).
Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel) for maintaining data.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to read and accurately follow product labels and handling instructions.
Basic verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with couriers and internal teams.
