Job Title: Junior Project Coordinator (Jr. PC)

Location: Chandigarh (Hybrid)
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST (Flexibility required for scheduled client/team calls)
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator with 1–3 years of experience to support our project delivery teams in managing and executing software development projects. This role is ideal for candidates who have a basic understanding of software development processes and are eager to build a long-term career in project management.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Developers, Designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking software development projects.
Coordinate with developers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Gather project requirements and break them down into actionable tasks and deliverables.
Organize and participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Maintain project documentation, trackers, timelines, and meeting notes.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or delays.
Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
Support resource planning and task allocation activities.
Ensure proper documentation of project requirements, changes, and deliverables.
Assist in coordinating client communications and follow-up activities when required.
Work closely with senior project management team members to improve project delivery processes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, or Project Management roles.
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management concepts.
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and project documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Immediate joiners preferred.
Based in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, or willing to relocate.
Previous experience working with software development teams.
Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams.
Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the project management domain.
